Our Intermediates were beaten in the countyintermediate league final on Saturday last in Templemore. After a slow start wechipped away at the lead and eventually got back into the game but failed toscore a goal and in the end were beaten by 2 points on a score of 0-22 to 2-18.Most of the panel will now turn their attentions to challenging for places onthe senior team as they are preparing for the Mid Senior final which takesplace on Sunday 19th September.
AllIrelandHurling Final
Congrats to Seamus Callinan and JamesWoodlock and the Tipp squad as they brought home the Liam McCarthy cup to the “homeof hurling” for the 26th time. There were great scenes of jubilationin Croke Park on Sunday last as they played theirhearts out. Well done to Seamus on his brilliant performance when called uponand showed how close he must have been with 2 terrific points. Well done toJames also as he recovers from a serious leg injury and hopefully he will beback on the field for Tipperarynext season but also that he will be ready for club action in the near future.

This Saturday morning at 10am in the Ragg hurling field we’re holding a Drom& Inch Boys & Girls blitz for U6, 8 & 10’s, we will also have a PocFada competition and some skills, all parents are invited to attend,there will be some refreshments for the adults & the kids. Asking parents to bring buns & cakes.

A special thanks goes to BorrisoleighJuvenile club for inviting our u10’s into the Prior Cup last Saturday morning,our team got beaten to an excellent Borrisoleigh team in the final, well doneto our lads who hurled their hearts out
