The curtain came down on the junior hurler’scampaign last Friday night in Templetuohy when they played out an exciting drawwith Thurles Gaels 2-8 to 0-14. This however was not enough to put them throughthus ending their involvement. Hard luck to all the players and the club thanksthem all for their dedication and fantastic effort over the year. Thanks to themanagement team of Brian, Tom and Pat for their dedication all year. Also theclub would like to thank Tom for providing food & refreshments afterseveral of the matches and it was very much appreciated by the players.
Our junior footballers also bowed out ofthe championship after a defeat at the hands of Clonakenny by 0-14 to 1-6.Despite been short several players the boys put in a spirited performance andcame up just short of victory. Thanks to the management team of Brian, Jim, Tomand Pat for their help all year.

Under 14 Hurling
Hard luck to our under 14’s who werenarrowly beaten in the Mid U14 A final by the county Feile champions Durlas Ogon a score of 1-8 to 1-4 on Saturday morning last. This was a very closeencounter which was in the balance right until the end and a much strongerDurlas Og team emerged victorious in the end. With just 5 of the team up to theage this was a fantastic performance by Drom-Inch. The parish is veryproud of their efforts. The Juvenile club would like to thank the team andtheir mentors Liam Kennedy, James Woodlock, Aidan Ahearn, Kevin Butler andKieran Young for all the hard work they have put in this year. Theybrought great pride to the parish bringing home a county football titleearly in the year also.
