Drumaness walkways require urgent attention - Hazzard

South Down MLA Chris Hazzard has raised the issue of poorly maintained walkways in Drumaness with local agencies and says that he expects ‘a quick and effective response.’

The local Assemblyman said:

‘I have contacted Down District Council, the Housing Executive, and the Roads Service this week to relay the frustration that local people are experiencing due to the increasingly poor state of walkways and footpaths throughout the village.

‘During the early stages of a recent Community Action Plan I raised the increasing problem of Dog Fouling on popular walkways throughout the village and the urgent need for FacebookTwitter
