Congratulations to our Leiriu actors, Set Dancers and Sean Nós Dancer who won titles at the Scór Sinsir County Finals on Saturday night in Kilbride. They will represent the Club in the Connacht Final on Saturday week, March 25th in Tubbercurry. Thank you to all the other competitors who represented the Club in the County Final.

Adult Football Round-up

The Juniors suffered a 0-8 to 2-11 defeat to St Aidans and the Seniors lost to Tulsk 3-8 to 1-19.

Best of luck to Fintan, Shane and the Roscommon Seniors against Monaghan on Sunday at 2pm in Iniskeen.

Elphin-Ballinameen Underage Round-up

The Elphin-Ballinameen U16s defeated St Michaels by 2-9 to 2-8. They host Tulsk this Sunday at 11am.

Minor training continues on Tuesday at 6pm and on Thursday at 8:30pm.

This Saturday’s ABC programme for 5-8 year olds, continues at 10-11am in the Elphin Community Centre. The children will take part in the St Patrick’s Day Parade. Parents and children are asked to assemble at the Fire Station at 2:45pm.

Elphin GAA Membership

Club Membership must be renewed by March 25th and can be completed here.

Members can apply for the GAA’s GRMA Membership Card which entitles the bearer to discounts and offers. The current offer includes a discount at Elverys. Further details are available here.

Vetting

Everyone Coaching / Assisting with Underage teams must be a registered Club Member and must be Garda Vetting. An application for vetting can be completed at vetting.garda.ie .

AIB Insurance Offer

AIB will give Elphin GAA €50 when supporters take out an AIB Home Insurance policy and choose Elphin GAA as their Club. The offer is also open to anyone who purchased Insurance since October 3rd 2016. Full details are available on www.aib.ie , code 932558 may be requested.

Elphin GAA Lotto

There was no winner of Saturday’s Club Lotto Jackpot, the numbers drawn were 16, 17, 28 and 30. The Lucky Dip winners were Dermot Neary, Mary Roddy, Noel Flanagan and Emma Farrell. The Jackpot now stands at €11,400. Entry is just €2 and envelopes are available in local shops or you can play now here.
