The Juniors made a good start to their Division Four League campaign with a 3-9 to 1-8 with an win over Roscommon Gaels B. They take on Oran B in Round Two on Sunday at 2:30pm.
The ABC Nursery programme for 5-8 year olds continues this Saturday, from 10:30am to 11:30am in the Community Centre. Parents are welcome to stay and tea and coffee are provided so don't miss out on an hour of fun and games! Please note that there is a charge of €2 per child, to cover the cost of venue hire.
A reminder that all Coaches must complete a Foundation Level Coaching Course. The theory elements of the Course can be taken on-line during the month of February, with the practical session being held at a later date – email onlinecoaching@gaaroscommon.ie to register. A Classroom based course takes place in Roscommon Community College this Friday 20th February at 7:30pm with the practical session taking place at the same venue on the following morning at 10am. Anyone interested in attending is asked to contact Iggy Geraghty.
