Elphin-Ballinameen Underage Round-up

The Elphin-Ballinameen Minors defeated Roscommon Gaels by 4-5 to 1-10 on Tuesday evening. They host Oran on Monday at 7:30pm – note change of date.

The U-16s host Boyle in the Championship on Saturday at 7:30pm.

An under strength U-12 A team, missing approximately 12 players, were defeated by Oran on a scoreline of 2-4 to 4-11. Despite the defeat there were some fine performances. John Anthony Quinn played great and was ably assisted by Alex Kielty, Colin McGrath, John Finnerty, Sam and Jude O’Rourke, Daniel Christie and Adam Dwyer. It was great to see young lads who star for the Division 6 Team grasp their opportunity of playing in Division 2 with both hands. Well done to all.

Both U-12 teams host St Dominics B on Saturday – the A team play at 12pm and the B team play at 1:15pm.
