U14’s of Elphin /Ballinameen played St Michaels in Orchard Park Elphin last evening at 6pm,with us prevailing on a scoreline of 3-6 v 1-4. This was a great panel performance as we started without 5 regulars, Notable Stand out performances from,Elphin/Ballinameen were,Casey Durr,Adam Dwyer,Henry Dowd,Darragh Gilligan,Evan Murray,Colin McGrath and John Finnerty to name just a few. Every single player can hold their heads high on retrieving what looked like a bad situation after 23 minutes, when St Michaels led 1-4 to no score.St Michael’s contribution to a pulsating game didn’t go unnoticed and can consider themselves unlucky, not to have added a lot more scores. Well done to everyone involved!

Wishing our U14 player Dylan Scott a speedy recovery from his illness.

Elphin/Ballinameen U16s defeated St Ciarans last Monday evening on a scoreline of 5-11 – 2-6. They take on Roscommon Gaels on Sunday 8th at 11am in the Orchard.
