Elphin-Ballinameen Underage Update:

Hard luck to the Elphin-Ballinameen U20s on their 1-12 to 1-13 defeat to St Ciarans in the County Semi-Final. Trailing by 1-11 to 0-7 with ten minutes to go their never say die attitude kicked in and they out scored their opponents by 1-5 to 0-2. Unfortunately it wasn’t to be enough and the reigning champion’s eight game unbeaten streak came to an end. Thank you to the players and the Management Team of Shane Beirne, Fintan Cregg and Jim McLoughlin for their efforts.

Well done to the Elphin-Ballinameen U12s on their 0-8 to 0-6 win in the Shane Beirne Shield Semi-Final on Monday evening. Details of the Final are TBC.

Scór na nÓg

Best of luck to our representatives in the Scór na nÓg County Finals in the Dean Crowe Theatre, Athlone on Sunday, hopefully they can add to the recent Quiz title win.

Sports Capital Grant

The Club was allocated €8,000 under the recent Sport Capital Grant Scheme. Well done to everyone involved in the successful application.
