There was an excellent turnout for the Scramble at magnificent Ashford Castle. There was 54 golfers. Whilst some of the golf swings wont feature in Golfers Monthly everyone seemed to have good fun. Despite a downpour for about 10 minutes before the start the weather turned out excellent. Thanks to Ashford Castle for hosting the event and especially Jonathan Devereux. Thanks to Denis and Mike at The Crowes Nest for their hospitality at the Presentation of Prizes.
