Greenfields 1sts had an easy win over the less-experienced Omagh, in round III of the Irish Hockey Trophy competition at the weekend.
Going into the 2nd half, they were already two goals up, & kept a comfortable lead until the full-time whistle. The final score of 4-0 gives Greenfields a well-deserved place in the quarter finals, which will be held on Saturday Feb. 6th.
Manager Imelda Brennan was very pleased with the result, & gave FULL credit to all the players, who have committed so much of their time & energy, in bringing the team this far.

The QF Draw pits us against old rivals Galway 1sts, & the match will be held in Galway.
