Round One of the Irish Hockey Challenge Competition took place this weekend. Greenfields 2nds travelled to Tyrone on Friday November 27th to meet their opposition, Derg Valley.
In wintery conditions, the game remained scoreless at full-time & so proceeded to Golden-Goal. Greenfields were unlucky, & missed several scoring chances. However, it was Derg Valley who claimed victory, & proceed to round two in January.
