Coffee shop volunteers
The Coffee Shop on Saturday mornings is in desperate need of volunteers. If you're free just pop up to the clubhouse on Saturday morning between 10-1pm. Even if you can spare an hour it would be very much appreciated. It's great fun and we promise not to take it too seriously .
New Bray Emmets gear
The club shop has new club gear from Power On Sports. in stock. We have a small supply of the rain jacket and training top in stock and the bottoms are due in early February. The club shop is open every Saturday morning from 10.30am.
BE FIT is back!
BE FIT (Bray Emmets Fun in Training) is backwith a variety of indoor & outdoor circuits, army style obstacle course, Pilates, yoga and aerobics. Every Tuesday & Friday 7-8pm.
