Congratulations to JIm Bolger on being elected to the position of Vice Chair, which means that in 3 years time, he will automatically become the first Carlow man ever to be Chairman of Leinster Council .
Jim, who is currently Treasurer of Leinster Council, defeated his opponent from Louth by 60 votes to 26 at the Leinster Convention in Croke Park on 25 January.
Well done Jim, you are doing the club and county proud.
