Junior and U21 Fixtures

November 7, 2018

Junior Hurling
Our junior hurlers will be back in action this Saturday afternoon when we contest the county quarter final against mid champions Moycarkey Borris in Templemore.

Moneygall will be aiming to bounce back from the injury-time defeat to Nenagh Eire Og in the north final two weeks ago, while Moycarkey Borris are in good form coming off the back of their 2-16 to 1-11 victory over Loughmore Castleiney in the mid final last weekend.

The game will throw-in at 3.30pm and will be preceded by the quarter final between Nenagh Eire Og and Loughmore Castleiney at 2pm. Extra-time will be played in both games if necessary.

U21 Hurling
Clonakenny/Moneygall will play Moyne Templetuohy Og in the first round of the Mid U21 A Championship on Sunday morning next at 11am in Templemore.

The winners will progress to the mid semi finals, where Thurles Sarsfields and Loughmore Castleiney await. The losers will meet Moycarkey Borris in the losers group, with the winners of that match then playing Holycross Ballycahill in the losers group final to decide the fourth semi final spot.
