Our Junior Hurlers were in County League action last Sunday morning in Cloneen where Rockwell Rovers were the opponents. After a cagey enough opening 15 minutes where the teams were tied 4 points each, we finally took control for the remainder of the half and went in at half time leading on a scoreline of 3-15 to 6 points. With the result never in doubt the second half never really came to life and we ran out comfortable winners on a scoreline of 4-21 to 0-7 with all of Rockwell Rovers scores coming from placed balls. This was our third win of the league and should be enough to see us into the semi-final of the league.
