Bride Rovers 2-5 Russell Rovers 1-6
Our U12 team played Russell Rovers last Saturday in Shanagarry in which was a very tough game. Once again our back line of Shane Dj and Dathal were doing great work to keep attacks from Mark in goal who was on hand when needed to bring off a vital save. We went on the attack with Dylan fielding some great ball at midfield allowing Jordan Service to open the score with a point which was followed by Russell Rovers scoring a goal and 2 points.
We opened the second half well with some great passing from our half forwards

Bride Rovers 1-4 Youghal 3-2
Our U12 team were in action again on Monday night against Youghal at home. Our back line Mark, Tadhg, and Shane were doing their best against some strong forwards. We got on the score sheet with 2 points from Jessie but Youghal fought back with a goal and a point. Dylan was strong in goal with some great kick outs finding our half back line John, DJ and Brian. Even with some great work from
Youghal got the perfect start to the second half with a goal. Subs Beineon and Jordan were introduced and both played well. Our lads showed great determination to move forward which resulted in Jessie scored 1-1 and Beineon 0-1. With the scores level it could have gone either way. Youghal proved stronger on the night finishing with a goal and a point. Even though our lads tried hard they were unlucky not to score again. Although beaten on the night it was a good game. Well done lads.
