day. Throw in at 3.00pm check county fixtures list to confirm.

Congratulations to the Tipperary minor footballers and team management on their magnificent win in last Sunday’s All Ireland minor football final. Their commitment, composure under pressure, skill, self-belief and hard work all helped fashion one of the county’s greatest ever achievements at any grade and in either code. To beat Limerick, Cork, Kerry, Meath, Roscommon and Dublin on the way to an All Ireland title is a magnificent achievement for any county. For Tipperary, it is both a fairytale come true and a wonderful testament to the great work that has been done to develop and promote football in Tipperary. David Power, his selectors, Tadhg Duggan, Fergal McDonnell and Pat Murphy along with an impressive backroom team which included senior football
manager, John Evans, prepared this team to the highest standard possible.
