QUIZ THIS FRIDAY
On this Friday night the 24th of February we will be holding a quiz in
Michlins bar to help
with the day to day running of the club.  We are asking all players
and supporters
to please attend. Tables of four with a 9.30pm start.

MEMBERSHIP
Membership for 2012 is now due.  Can you please see Ger Walsh our
Membership officer or Kevin Lonergan.  Remember due to insurance if
you are not a member you can’t play. Player €50, Family €40 (2 adults &
Kids u16), Non Player €30, OAP/Student €20.

RECYCLED CLOTHES/BOOKS COLLECTION
the club will be having a recycled clothes/books collection on
Saturday March 3rd from 10am to 3pm.
If you have any of the following items we want them;
Clothes,Books,CD’s,DVDs,Shoes,Boots,Bed Linen,Curtains,Bags & Belts.
Can you please put them in bags (keep books, cds, DVDs separate to
clothes) and bring them to the Gaa Club on that day or Ring
Kevin on 087 6021964 to arrange collection. You can also bring them to
the Gaa club
and leave them in the hall of the gym on weekdays from 6pm to 8pm and
Sundays 11am to 12pm.
So if you are thinking of getting rid of your old clothes please call
to the Gaa club or ring Kevin.
We cannot accept the following duvets or pillows, magazines, journals,
promotional items or exercise books.
No CD singles, promotional or free CD’s. CDs, DVDs must be Original
titles only and in their case.
Please keep this in mind when sorting your recycling out.

GYM MEMBERSHIP
Membership is now only €100 for 12 months call in and check it out
DEISE DRAW
DEISE DRAW tickets will be distributed in the coming week. The first draw will be March 30th.
 
SYMPATHY
Deepest sympathy is extended to Noel power. Lyre, his sons and daughter on the death of Noels wife Alice Power (nee Kirwan Kealfoun who died last week. Burial took place in Fews Cemetery. May she rest in peace. Sympathy to her brothers and sisters and the immediate Power family also. 
Sympathy is extended to the Hayes family Bonmahon and Helvick on the death of Michael Hayes recently. May he rest in peace. . 
 
 JUVENILE NOTES
 Under 13 Football
Our under 13’s were in action last Sunday the 19th in Ballyduff upper in Under coming out winners, well done boys it was a great result    3 -8 to 3 -2.  Next Sunday they will be in action against close neighbours Stradbally at 11.30 at home. Please come along and support them.Notifications will be sent out during the week.
 Under 8 & Under 10 Football Training Football training continues this week in Kilgobinet sports centre @ 8pm.
 
Membership
Membership is currently due €10 per child up to 16 or €40 for a family including children up to 16 otherwise it is €20 per player from 16 to 18 years.  The Juvenile Club is holding a membership day on Sat 3rd March between 2pm and 4pm – more information next week.
 
Raffle
A raffle is being held on Sat 17th March in ‘Michlins’ Bar, tickets will be given to all players at this week’s training sessions.
 
 Harty Cup Final
Best of luck to Kieran Power, Captain of ‘Colaiste Na Deise’ team who are playing the Final this Saturday 25th February.
