UNDERAGE NOTES
Training
Training continues this Friday evening for nursery, and under 8 Girls.
Under 8’s , 9’s & 10’s Training
Training this Friday evening 9th September is hurling.
Roanmore Blitz Under 8’s and 9’s played in the Annual Roanmore Charity
Blitz on Sat last 10th Sept, a great after noon was had by all.
Under 12’s
Our under 12’s took part in the final night of the football league
last friday evening at home.
Under 13’s
Under 13 Football championship commenced this week with the first game
against Naomh Brid on Monday last 12th (results next week) and on Wed
evening at home to Ardmore. (Full results next week).
Under 15’s
Under 15’s played in the Munster Blitz on Sat 10th Sept, a great day
was had by all.

Under 16s had there first win in the champioship last Sunday morning
against St Saviours.  The score was Kilrossanty 4.9 St Saviours1.10.
We are playing Mt Sion this Saturday in Mt Sion players will be
contacted about meeting time.  Get well soon to Paul Tobin who
suffered an injury against Saviours.

SENIOR FOOTBALL SPONSORED BY CROTTYS INN
We had our first win in the championship against Rathgormack last
Sunday in Kilmac the score was 1.9 to 9pts.  Many thanks to all the
Green and Gold supporters who got behind the team on the day.  The

We have now qualified for a quarter final playoff against Clashmore
this will be played this Saturday night at 8 o clock in the Fraher
field.

SYMPATHY;
Deepest sympathy to the Collender family Ballinavouga on the death of
Helen nell Collender who died on Sunday last. may she rest in peace.

CAMOGIE
Well done to the waterford Junior Camogie Team who captured the All
Ireland last Sunday. Claire Whyte was a member of the panel, whilst
Karen kelly is a niece of Joan Carroll Ballylynch .

FOOTBALL TICKETS
The Draw for the all ireland tickets will be held this Wednesday night
at 9 o clock.
Please take note that you must be a member of the club to go in to the
draw and be over 18 also tickets must be paid for on the night.

CLOTHES BANK
Don’t forget to make use of the clothes bank that is in the gaa car
park for any old shoes, clothes, curtains, sheets, etc, The club will
get €3 for each bag that is recycled.
