Ladies Invitational Seven-A-Side Senior Football Tournament Saturday 29th August

The 9th Consecutive May Steele Ladies Sevens will be held in Castlewellan Co.Down on Saturday 29th August 2009 commencing at 10.00am.

This is the 9th consecutive year of the competition and once again teams will be divided into groups of four played on a round robin basis, thus guaranteeing all competingteams a minimum of 3 games. All prizes are unique and of Irish manufacture –winners receiving the “May Steele” Memorial Cup with each team member receiving individual Azzurri Castlewellan Sevens sports tops.

The Sevens are of coursemore than a highly competitive one-day competition. It is always a great socialoccasion and Castlewellan can guarantee you a warm welcome to Castlewellan and to their Clubrooms, where they will provide top quality meals for all participating players and mentors and will also host a grand celebrations eveningentertainment.
