Senior Hurling: Lorrha 4-12 Golden/Kilfeacle 2-12
Lorrha recovered from ten pints down at half time to win their second game in the county senior hurling league. A second half hat-trick from Colm Duggan helped Lorrha overturn the deficit after the visitors took a 2-10 to 1-3 half time lead, back by a strong breeze. Our first half goal was scored by James Dunne.

Subs: Colm Duggan (3-2), Graham Houlihan, Michael Cleary.
Our final group game against Upperchurch/Drombane will take place in Drombane on Sunday next at 4pm.

Minor Football: Lorrha begin the defence of their Minor ‘A’ Football title against Newport Gaels in Newport on Wednesday evening next, 2 April at 6.30pm.
Minor and Under 16 training continues on Friday at 6.45pm.

Under 14 Football: Lorrha drew with Kilruane MacDonaghs in the first round of the North Tipp Peil na nOg in Moatfield last week on a score-line of Lorrha 2-3 Kilruane 1-6 apiece. The replay took place in Cloughjordan on Good Friday when the home side won through.

Under 8 and 10’s: Outdoor training continues in Moatfield on Saturday at 11am.

Membership: Membership for 2008 is now available. €30 – Adult Players; €20 – Non Playing Adults; €15 – Minor/College Students and Juveniles (with match ticket entry); €10 – Juveniles (without match ticket entry). All membership is payable to club registrar Jack Maher or any committee member.

Tipp Draw: All outstanding money from the 2007/2008 draw should be paid as soon as possible.

Lotto: The numbers drawn on 18 March were: 2 – 4 – 13 – 23. No Winner.
The Lucky Dips were: Noel Fleming, Liam O’Meara, Bridget Sullivan, Paul Kennedy (England) and Tom O’Malley (Dublin). The Winning Promoters were: Margaret Gleeson, Martin Hough and Liam Reddish

Old Time Dancing: Our Old Time continues in the GAA Clubhouse on Friday night to the music of Eamon Robinson. Dancing 9.30pm to 12.30am.
