Trespass: It came to our attention over the weekend, that an unauthorised vehicle was driving on the main field. While little damage was done with the pitch being so dry, the marks on the grass are visible. If anyone witnesses anyone driving on our pitches in an illegal manner, they are to contact any committee member immediately.

Senior Hurling: Lorrha 1-12 Cappawhite 0-11
Lorrha qualified for the division two hurling league final with a hard-fought four point win over Cappawhite in Dolla on Saturday evening.
Despite our opponents being down to fourteen men for most of the game, they made it extremely difficult with a second half Patrick Maher goal finally giving us some breathing space. Best for Lorrha were Ciaran Duggan, Ciaran Haugh, Patrick Maher and Michael Cleary who finished with four points.
We now meet Holycross-Ballycahill in the final, which has been fixed for Dolla on Friday, 30 May at 7.45pm.
Before that, we play our second senior championship match with Borris-Ileigh in Nenagh on Sunday next, 25 May at 7.30pm. Good Luck to the players and mentors.

Junior Hurling: Lorrha 0-14 Kildangan 0-14
Lorrha and Kildangan could not be separated after an entertaining game in Lorrha last week. Both sides had chances to record a win with a draw being a fair result. Best for Lorrha were Tom Madden, Jack Maher, Graham Houlihan and Sean Cleary.
Our final group game with Nenagh Eire Og took place in Nenagh on Tuesday evening last. Report next week.

Camogie: Best of luck to the Lorrha Junior ‘A’ Camogie team in the league final on Sunday.

Get Well: The club would like to wish a speedy recovery to Sean Cleary following a head injury sustained in a schools game last week.
