There will also be eleven other prizes ranging from €3,000 to €100. Most homes in the parish have been called to at this stage but if there is anyone that still has not bought a ticket, you can do so by contacting Seamus Deely (087-2586979), Shane Brophy (086-0515324) or William Harding (086-8062341).

Junior: Lorrha 1-17 Emly 1-20
Our Juniors campaign came to an end on Sunday afternoon where we were defeated by Emly in the county quarter final. This was a closely fought game with little to separate the sides all through. The West side made the crucial burst early in the second half opening up a lead which we could not fully peg back despite a much improved second half effort. Well done to the lads for producing a great effort this year and also to manager Eamon Maher and selectors Padraig Madden, Kieran Hough and Niall Brophy.
