Lorrha GAA News for 19 December

Auction: Due to the very poor weather conditions our Auction, Sale of Work and Wheel of Fortune was postponed last Sunday. It is hoped if the weather improves in the coming weeks to recommence timber cutting, that the auction will take place on Sunday, 17th January 2016.

Senior AGM: The Annual General Meeting of Lorrha GAA Club took place on Tuesday night of this week. Full report next week.

Lotto: Our jackpot is now €4,350 with a Match 3 pot of €100. Thank you for your continued support. You can play our lotto online at www.locallotto.ie where it is easy to play every week. Tickets are €2 each or three for €5.

Under 21 Hurling: The U21 hurlers are likely to play their long awaited North semi-final on St Stephen’s Day after last weekends quarter finals were postponed due to the weather.

Tipperary Draw: The Club had no winners in the December draw which was held last Friday night.

Blood Drive: The Irish Blood Transfusion Clinic will return to the GAA Centre on Tuesday, 5th January 2016.

Social Dancing: continues on Friday night to the music of Declan Aungier. There will be no dancing on Christmas Night. Dancing on New Years Night to the music of Sam O’Doherty. Dancing 9.30pm to 12.30am
