Jubilee Team: It was great to see both Ken Hogan and John Madden presented to the crowd at part of the 1989 Tipperary All Ireland winning team who were the jubilee team honoured at this years All Ireland Hurling Final

All Ireland Final Replay: Ticket details are €50 – adult stand; €25 – terrace; €10 for juveniles (Davin Stand only). With demand set to exceed supply once again, we will draw for tickets in the Clubhouse, next Monday night at 8.30pm. Once again, only fully paid up members can out their names forward for tickets.

Lotto: The numbers drawn last week were: 15 – 20 – 23 – 27. No Winner.

Our jackpot now stands at €15,000. If our jackpot is not won, it will be capped at €15,000 with the roll over going onto the new jackpot which will start at €6,450. Senior: Lorrha are awaiting the draw for the last 16 of the County Championship. With the All Ireland Final having gone to a replay, this game is likely to take place in October, following the completion of the divisional championships.

Junior Hurling: Lorrha have now qualified for the North semi-final. We now await the quarter finals this weekend before knowing our opponents. The League Final against Kildangan will be played as soon as possible.

Junior Football: The Junior Footballers lost 1-13 to 1-6 in a county championship playoff in Moatfield on Saturday evening. Lorrha are out of the race for the county championship but will take part in the North Championship later in the autumn.

Hospice Fundraiser: A fundraising night for Milford Hospice will be held in the GAA Centre on Saturday, 4th October. Tickets on sale for €10 which include entry into the draw for numerous prizes. Your support would be appreciated.

Merchandise: Lorrha GAA have teamed up with Mr Sportsgift in Nenagh to provide club crested merchandise. Our initial range of items such as mugs, fridge magnets and key rings can be ordered by logging onto

Social Dancing: continues on Friday night to the music of Dessie Hynes and Frankie Scorr. Dancing 9.30pm to 12.30am. Social Dancing classes have now moved from a Wednesday to Monday nights at 8pm
