Junior Hurling: Our Junior hurlers produced a disappointing performance as they lost the North Junior 'B' Championship semi-final to Newport in Nenagh last Saturday, 0-14 to 0-9. It was a game Lorrha struggled to get to the pitch of.

The team have one game remaining, the League final against Kildangan which will be played in the coming weeks.

Under 21 Hurling: Lorrha will be out in this grade in the coming weeks so all players are encouraged to attend training regularly.

Junior Football: Lorrha are out of the race for the county championship but will take part in the North Championship later in the autumn.

Shinty: Patrick Maher was on the Ireland team that lost the first Shinty International test to Scotland in Inverness last Saturday. All supporters should go to youtube to see a clip of Bonners goal and the skill involved, superb!

Best of luck to him and the team when they play the return leg in Newry this Saturday
