Senior: Lorrha recorded a convincing 0-26 to 2-4 win over Boherlahan in the quarter final of the Seamus O’Riain Cup on Saturday evening. See Match Report.

Minor: Our minors recorded a very good 2-18 to 0-9 win over Newport in our final group game in Newport last Thursday evening. The result saw us qualify for the quarter finals where we took on Toomevara on Tuesday evening in Borrisokane with Toomevara winning 0-19 to 0-13 after a very competitive game. Thanks to the players and mentors for their efforts throughout the year.
U16: The Under 16’s will play Kildangan Gaels in the ‘B’ semi-final on the weekend of 11-13 September.
All Ireland Tickets: The draw for tickets for this years All Ireland Final will take place in the GAA Clubhouse on Tuesday, 1 September @ 9pm sharp. Members only will be admitted to the draw and they or a representative must be present on the night. All tickets must be paid for on the night. No exceptions will be made. Tickets are €70 for stand; €35 for terrace. There are no student, concession or family tickets for the final.
Tipperary Training Fund: Tickets are on sale for the Monster All Ireland Final draw with the top prize of two tickets to the All Ireland plus hotel accommodation, post match banquet and trip on team holiday. Tickets are €20 and can be bought from any committee member.
Tipperary Draw: Congratulations to Mrs Mai Guinan Redwood who won fifth prize in this months county board draw of a holiday or television worth €1000. Congrats also to her promoter Margaret Gleeson who won €200.
Parish Golf Outing: takes place this year in Birr Golf Club on this Saturday, 29 August. Frank Larkin is this years captain. Tee-off times are from 9am to 1am and you can book them by contacting Tony Coen on 087-6219639.
Lotto: All lotto draws take place in the GAA Clubhouse on Monday night. The draw takes place at 10pm and all are welcome to attend. Thank you for your continued support.
Old Time Dancing: Old Time Dancing resumes on Friday night to the music of Pat & Richie. Dancing 9.30pm to 12.30am.
