All Ireland Final Replay: Hard luck to Patrick Maher, Ken Hogan and the Tipperary team in Saturday's All Ireland Hurling Final Replay at Croke Park. It was another savage effort but only to come up short again.

Lotto: The numbers drawn last week were: 2 – 3 – 17 – 26. No Winner.

Lucky Dips: Michelle Davis, Martina Duffy, Tracey Egan, Maureen Gaynor, Fr Pat Mulcahy. Promoters: Shane Brophy, Sean Mannion, John McLeish.

Our jackpot now stands at €15,000. If our jackpot is not won, it will be capped at €15,000 with the roll over going onto the new jackpot which will start at €6,750. Senior: Lorrha are awaiting the draw for the last 16 of the County Championship which is due to take place this Sunday with the game due to be played in weekend 11-12 October.

Junior Hurling: Lorrha have now qualified for the North semi-final. We now await the quarter finals before knowing our opponent with the game to be played on weekend 11-12 October. The League Final against Kildangan will be played as soon as possible.

Under 21 Hurling: Lorrha will be out in this grade in the coming weeks so all players are encouraged to attend training regularly

Junior Football: Lorrha are out of the race for the county championship but will take part in the North Championship later in the autumn.

Hospice Fundraiser: A fundraising night for Milford Hospice will be held in the GAA Centre on this Saturday, 4th October. Tickets on sale for €10 which include entry into the draw for numerous prizes. Your support would be appreciated.
