Our jackpot now stands at €15,000. If our jackpot is not won, it will be capped at €15,000 with the roll over going onto the new jackpot which will start at €4,200. Senior: Lorrha will play Borris-Ileigh in the next round of the North Championship on Sunday, 8th June in Cloughjordan at 7pm where we need a win to remain in the Championship. Your support would be appreciated.

Junior: Lorrha face Nenagh Eire Og in the North Junior 'B' League semi-final in Borrisokane on Friday, 6th June at 7.30pm. Your support would be appreciated.

Under 16: As Lorrha didn't have the numbers to field an Under 16 team this year, four of our players are playing with Shannon Rovers in this years championship and we will keep you up to date on their progress in the coming weeks. Thank you to the Shannon Rovers club for allowing our players to play with them.

Under 14: The U14 hurling championship got under way yesterday (Tuesday) when Lorrha played Borrisokane and lost 3-8 to 1-3. Lorrha's second game is away to Borris-Ileigh on Wednesday (this evening) at 7pm. Next Wednesday, Lorrha play Portroe in Moatfield at 6.30pm.

Under 12: The U12's got their 'B' championship campaign underway with a 2-10 to -3 win over Portroe last Friday evening. Lorrha's second game is away to Borris-Ileigh next Friday at 7.00pm

Tipperary: Hard luck to Patrick Maher who put in a superb display despote Tipperary losing to Limerick in the Munster semi-final last Sunday.

Well done to Ciaran Haugh and the Tipperary Intermediate hurlers and senior footballers on their victories last weekend.

Exams: Best of luck to all our players who are starting the Junior and Leaving Cert exams this week.

Tipperary GAA Clubs Draw: The first draw of the 2014/2015 Draw has been put back until Friday, 13th June with once again, €500,000 in prizes. Entry into the draw is €100 or €10 per month which includes the 12 monthly draws as well as the 33 weekly draws for a guaranteed jackpot of €1000. To join the draw which is also a vital fundraiser for the club as €50 from each ticket is retained by the club, contact Margaret Gleeson 057-9139047

Social Dancing: continues on Friday night to the music of Unity. Dancing 9.30pm to 12.30am. There are also Social Dancing Classes each Wednesday night in the GAA Centre from 8-11pm for both beginners and those looking to improve.
