Lorrha GAA News for 9 December

November 8, 2018

Under 21: Our Under 21 hurlers showed the Lorrha spirit in a compelling County 'B' final against Moycarkey/Borris in Templederry on Sunday. Despite losing 0-28 to 4-11, after extra time, the players showed terrific battling qualities to come from ten points down in normal time to force the additional period but the exertions of extra time in the semi-final seemed to come against us in the second period as Moycarkey pushed onto win by five points.

Hard luck to the players and mentors on the day but overall has been a successful year in winning a North title and we look to these players to drive things on at adult level going forward.
