Tipperary GAA Clubs’ Draw: The first draw of the 2012-2013 Draw will take place on this Friday evening, 8th June.
This year will be its 25th Anniversary and there will be 25 Skoda Cars up front grabs (2 per month) as well as 25 monthly prizes of €500 each. Tickets are €100 each can be paid in two installments of €50 each; five installments of €20 each or ten monthly installments of €10. There is also a direct debit facility available.
If you wish to join, please contact club coordinator Margaret Gleeson or promoters Madeleine Maher, Shane Brophy, Michael Hoctor, John O’Brien, Louis McCormack, Seamus Deely and Tony Coen.
Remember, €50 from every ticket stays with Lorrha GAA club for the promotion of games in the club.

Senior: Our final North Championship game against Borrisokane will take place on this Sunday, 10th June at 6.30pm in Cloughjordan. We look for an improved performance to take into the County Championship which is likely to begin on weekend 30 June/1 July.
Junior: The Junior ‘A’ hurlers begin their championship campaign against Kildangan in Borrisokane on this Friday, 8th June @ 8.00pm.
Under 14: Well done to Michael Dolan who was on the North Tipperary under 14 panel that took part in the annual Peadar Cummins Tournament recently, and won the Shield final.
Under 12: The U12’s beat Clonmel Óg in their Premier 12s Football End Games quarter final in Semple Stadium on Tuesday evening week last. They now take on Solohead in the semi-final in Templetuohy on Wednesday (this evening) at 7.00 with the final to follow at 7.30pm should they win v either Moycarkey/Borris or Moyle Rovers.
In the Premier 12s hurling, Lorrha got off to a winning start on Monday evening with victory over Moneygall in Moneygall. They next host Portroe in Moatfield on Friday evening at 7.00pm.
Tipperary: Best of luck to manager Ken Hogan plus players William Maher and Cian Hogan and to the Tipperary Under 21 hurling team in their Munster Championship quarter final v Cork this Wednesday evening.
Cúl Camp: This years Kellogg’s Cul Camp will be held in Moatfield between 16-20 July from 10am-2.30pm daily. Cost is €55 for 1 child; €100 for 2 children; €140 for 3 children. The camp is open to juveniles between the ages of 6 & 13. Each juvenile will get a Kellogg’s Cúl Camp jersey and gear bag. First Aid and Defibrillator Training: Anyone interested in taking part in this training course is to contact Shane Brophy (0876989612).
Exams: Best of luck to all our players in their Junior and Leaving Cert exams over the coming weeks.
Gym: Our Gym is open on Monday, Wednesday and Friday evenings from 7pm to 9.30pm. There is also a special class on a Thursday evening for those who wish to train at a slower pace from 7-8pm. Gym cost is €3 per member or €5 for non members.
Sports Hall or Function Room booking: If anyone or any sports team would like to use of our facilities which include a sports hall, gym or training field with floodlights or function room, contact Sean Mannion on 087-3643031.
Social Dancing: continues on Friday night to the music of J&S Sound. Dancing 9.30pm to 12.30am.
