LUCAN SARSFIELDS’ CLUB NOTES MONDAY August 13th 2012
Congratulations to Seanie McClelland and Eoghan O’ Conghaile on helping Dublin secure a place in the All-Ireland Minor Hurling Final with a win over Clare in Croke Park last Sunday. Ticket List for All Ireland SFC Semi- Final in Croke Park on September 2nd is up on club notice board now. Only fully paid up (over 18) members can apply We are now taking entries for our Last Man Standing Competition. If you are interested there are entry envelopes behind the bar. The initial run of this competition kicks off with the first set of Premiership matches on 18th August so if you want to be included for this round you must have your entries in by Friday 17th August. The entry fee is €10 and the prize fund is €1000. A full set of rules is available on our website www.lucansarsfields.ie. We have a new Twitter account and you can follow us at twitter.com/GAALucan .Our remaining summer camp takes place from 20th – 24th August (Hurling and Camogie). The cost is € 55. We are now looking for donations of bottles, bags, dvds ect for the stalls. All can be left behind the bar. Summer opening times for our club shop are Tuesdays 7:30 to 8:30pm and Saturday mornings (except bank holiday weekends) 10:30 to 11:30am. There will be no Thursday night openings for the months of June, July and August. This weeks lotto numbers 1-3-8-17.No winner. Next weeks jackpot €12,500.
