Well done to everyone who participated in our 12th Lock Fight Night last Saturday. This was the biggest event ever undertaken by the club and with the hard work and dedication of all the volunteers went off without a hitch as over 900 people enjoyed a great nights entertainment at the 12th Lock.
Membership is now due and can be paid online through our website www.lucansarsfields.ie or at the clubhouse bar. There will be a strict no pay no play policy in place this year.
Well done to our U-9 Hurlers who won all their matches against Liffey Gaels and Cuala on Saturday morning.
Our Golf Society’s first outing is at The famous K-Club on Sat April 6th. New members are welcome and the membership fee is only €20. As members had not made reservations for the overnight at Tulfarris the Hotel has now cancelled the Friday booking. We will have our usual outing there on Saturday May 18th.
For every club member who books a course in Colaiste Laichtin for July or August the club will receive €100.
Our nurseries for boys and girls born in 2006,2007 and 2008 continue every Saturday at 1.30pm on our all weather pitch at The 12th Lock. Camogie nursery at 2:15pm for girls aged 6 and over. This is your child’s chance to be coached by Dublin Senior Hurling Captain Johnny McCaffrey.
Set dancing continues each Wednesday at 8.30pm.
25 Card Drive continues every Friday night in the Clubhouse, €5 entry, 1st prize €50. All welcome.
