We extend the sympathy of St. Patricks GAA club to Mattie Murphy and family on the recent death of his mother Mrs. Mai Murphy RIP. In his younger days Mattie was a prominent member of several St. Patricks teams but it was in Badminton and Athletics that Mattie really made his name. In more recent times Colin was a prominent member of several St. Patricks teams and Caoimhe is a prominent ladies footballer. Mai herself made a valuable contribution to Tidy Towns in Drangan over a long number of years. May she rest in peace.
