It was learned last week with great sadness that Martin had passed away after a very short illness.He was s loyal Blues supporter and had a great interest in the progress of the team over the years.He played at all grades,underage, Junior and Senior and was the Captain of a very successful Junior side in 1970, winning the Championship and League double. When Kilkee contested the 1965 u21 final against Doonbeg Martin was part of that team.
