On Sunday Feb 27th, bright and early, Greenfields underage section took on Galway Hockey Club in a mid-term blitz.
From 9.30am to 11am, it was a hive of activity with over 60 girls from both clubs taking to the pitch. Greenfields played outstanding hockey and as well as looking well in their new green t-shirts, seemed to dominate most matches!
Coaches Aedin Pagden, Jenny Cunningham and Clodagh Geraghty had them will prepared for the blitz, and were very happy with their progress. It was a very enjoyable and well organised morning.
