Edenderry GAA are always looking to get back in touch with our club members and supporters who have left the town and we are sure they like to keep up to date on all that is happening back home too.
One such former club member is Frankie Carroll formerly of Canal Harbour, Edenderry. Frankie played hurling and football with the club at underage level in the 80’s. He is now residing in Australia having spent time in Dublin and London before making the big move Down Under. Frankie’s parents still live at the Canal Harbour and his father Frank played with the Reds in the 40’s and 50’s. He was also a committee member for many years after his playing career.
When a committee member emailed Frankie with links to the Irish Independent and Leinster Express reports on our recent County Final success he also asked that he consider joining the Club Lotto online. Frankie has now become the latest member to join our growing list of online Lotto players. Who knows he may even win enough to make a trip back home to see the Reds play in the future!
