Tickets are now on Sale for a fundrasing draw, with a prize of a weekend away and All Ireland football final tickets. Tickets are available from Club officers and Senior players.
Preparations are under way for our 125 celebrations, the main events will take place on the weekend of 25/26th October. A Social gathering will take place in the Mountain Inn , On Saturday 25th, and on Sunday 26th a Legends Battle in Nace O Dowd park, family fun day, followed by a Gala Dinner Dance in the Sligo Park Hotel, with a special guest. A booklet will be produced for the occasion, anyone interested in sponsorship or placing a advertisement in the booklet should contact Joanne o' Grady on 086 0725261. The organising committee are looking for old photographs or material about the Club, all items will be returned.
The senior team are back in championship action this Sunday evening when they take on Coolera/Strandhill in Collooney, throw in 6.30pm.
Our Division 4 team earned a draw with Owenmore Gaels last week , the final score was C/M 4-8 Owenmore Gaels 2-14.
Our minor team are in championship action this Thursday evening against Tourlestrane, throw in 7pm in Nace O'Dowd Park.
The U.14 team play St.Farnans in Nace O Dowd park on Friday 15th at 7pm.
The U.16 team play Curry in Curry on Monday 18th at 7pm.
Sligo GAA “Day at the Races” at Sligo Racecourse on Tuesday 19th August, tickets 30 euro or 25 euro for a group of 10.Tickets are available from Club officers.
