The Jigs n |Reels fundraiser will take place on Easter Sunday night 20th April, in the Sligo Park Hotel. Twelve couples from Coolaney, Mullinabreena, Tubbercurry, Cloonacool, Curry, Geevagh and Ballymote will strut their stuff on the night, all in aid of our Club development fund. Six weeks of intensive rehearsals and high end production standards will ensure a great night is in store with an attendance of 600 anticipated. The participants are as follows: Anne Gorman & Dara Mulvey, Fr. Peter Gallagher & Inez Wims, Lisa Naughton & Sarah McIntyre, Leo Coleman & Yvonne Roddy McGowan, Fiona McCarrick Marren & Francis Mannion, Hillary Durcan & Fabio Cretaro, Michael Barrett & Michael Healy, Mary Munds & Peter Lyons, Bill Carty & Mari Johnston, Colette Mcguinn & Anthony McGowan, Stephanie O'Reilly & Raymond Connolly, Jacqueline Barrett and Criostóir Davey. Tickets are now on sale from members of the club Executive or local retail outlets. U.12 training will commence on Tuesday 1st April at 7pm in Nace O Dowd park. U.8 and U.10 coaching has Started on Saturday mornings in Nace O Dowd park at 10am. New players are always welcome. The U.14 team play Owenmore Gaels in Achonry on Monday 7th April at 6.30pm. Our Minors play St. Mary's in Achonry on Tuesday 8th March at 6.30pm. Well done to the senior team who beat Eastern Harps in the Benson Cup. They have qualified for the semi final v Castleconnor/ Easkey which will take place next Saturday April 5th in Tubbercurry, throw in 5.30pm. Congratulations to St Attacta's Juvenile team on their Connacht Final victory v St Nathy's, Ballaghdereen. The club was represented by the following, namely Conor Feely, Kevin O'Kennedy, Niall Connolly, Paul Connolly, Tony Healy and Gerard Mullen.
