We played our opening game in the SHL last Sunday when we were away to Midleton. On a raw wintery day Midleton took their chances better than we did to win a low scoring game by twelve point to eight. Barry Johnson was our top scorer with 4 points, Michael Collins got two and Terry and Jerome got one each.
