Annual Mass.   The Annual Mass for Deceased Members was held last Wednesday the 27th May. The club would like to thank Maurice O’Neill and Christy Horan for their time in the organising of the Mass and Also to Fr. Paul Dempsey who celebrated the Mass. Thanks to all those who attended the Mass and who organised refreshments afterwards.


Congratulations.   Well done to Niamh Carey (Sarsfields Ladies Footballer) who was given the appointment of school Captain 2016/16, for the Holy Family Secondary School.

Also to Stephen Hughes (U/16 Footballer) who received Junior Sportsman of the year award in the PBS.


Football   The Senior team play Athy tomorrow night away at 7.45 and also on Sunday 7th home to castledermot at 18.00. Ladies Football.  Well done to the U/14 girls who won the Division 2 League final on Saturday30th May. It was a hard fought game against Carbury and the girls won out on a scoreline of 3-07 to 3-05.

Sarsfields Club Draw 2015.  The First of the club Car draw has now taken place and congratulations to all who were lucky winners. There are still 3 months left in the draw so you can purchase a ticket for €75 for the remaining 3 draws. Dermot Earley Academy.  Our underage academy is now back in full swing on the Saturday mornings and all new members are welcome. Through the course of the year there will be 35 action packed weeks of fun and

Membership 2015. The Membership is still been collected for 2015 and you can pay in the club Bar on Mon, Wed and Friday from 8pm. For more details you can contact Kathleen Ryan on 086-2641115.  

Room for Rent.  Sarsfields GAA have a room available in the club for rent. Suitable for many types of business and also is kitted out with numerous power points and internet connection. For further information contact club Secretary on 087/6606035


Club Shop The club shop is stocking a large range of casual and training gear for all ages. The shop will be open on sat mornings from 9am and for any more Information  you can contact Angie on 086/0762710


Looking for old Photos and old Club Records  The Club are looking to build on its already large collection of photos and especially with some older Photos of teams or individuals. Also we are trying to put together as much Records as is possible from days gone by ie. AGM Reports, secretary reports, match reports and any match Programes. Any material that is given to the club will be given back in the same order. Second Hand Clothes Collection The club is still collecting second hand clothes and you can hand in your clothes in the morning or the evening when the club is open. For further info you can contact Christy on 087/9249884


Function Rooms There are 3 Function Rooms available in the club which can cater for big and small Functions, Weddings, Christenings, Birthdays, Funerals, etc. Enquiries to Shirley (086/8568830)


Club Lotto The club would like to thank all those who support the Lotto and would like to encourage all its members to participate in the weekly Lotto draw. This can now be done by going on to the Sarsfields web site and clicking on the (play lotto now) link, then follow the step by step instructions. Tickets can also be purchased from behind the club bar.
