Annual Dog Night The Clubs Annual Family Fun night at the Dogs will be held on the 14th Sept at Newbridge Greyhound Stadium. It promises to be a great night out and is an important Fund Raiser for the club. Please support and buy a ticket, Family €20, Single €10.
Congratulations The Club would like to Congratulate The Earley Family on the occasion of the Late Dermot Earley Snr been selected on the Team of the Eighties. The team will be Honoured in Croke Park on All-Ireland Football Final Day.
20th Anniversary The Club will hold a night to Honour the teams from 1993 (Senior, U/21, Minor and Intermediate Camogie) who all won their respective Championships. This night will be held on Sat 21st September. Contact the Secretary (087/6606035) for more details.
Pool Tournament The Pool Tournament kicks off again on Saturday nights at 8.30, all are welcome.

Football Well done to the Senior team who beat Confey in the Q/F of the Champ on Sunday last on a scoreline of 2-15 to 2-14 in what was a great game of football. The U/16 team had a great win over Clane in the Champ semi final on Friday gone and now play St. Laurences on Sat 14th at 12 in Newbridge. The juniors will play Moorefield in the C Final on Sunday 15 Sept. The game is on in St. Conleths at 13.30. The two U/13 teams will play on Sunday Morn 15th at 11 in Sarsfields. (A v Carbury, B v Moorefield)
Ladies Football Best of luck to the Ladies who play in the Championship Final on Saturday 14th . The match is on in Hawkfield at 3.00. Football section are now inviting applications for the posts of managers of the ladies football U15, U13 & U11 teams for the upcoming Autumn leagues. The U15 league is scheduled to begin on August 31st, no dates have been set for the start of the U13 or U11 leagues but it is expected that they will commence in September. All management teams must contain at least one female mentor to order to comply with the LGFA code of ethics. Skills Academy The Dermot Earley Skills Academy is now in full swing on Saturday mornings and all new members are welcome. Times are as follows: 09.00 – 10.30 boys u8, u9, u10. 10.30 – 11.15 Girls u9, u10. 11.15 – 12.45 Boys u5, u6, u7, girls u5-u8. Looking forward to meeting new Members.

National gathering This year as part of the national Gathering, Sarsfields will be inviting Sarsfields people and Newbridge people in general who are abroad, home for a weekend provisionally pencilled in for the weekend of the All-Ireland football final in September.
