Junior A Football

Treacys 4-2 Rosegreen 1-7

History was made as we won our first ever Junior A west football championship game. It’s a tribute to all involved from selectors to players as we powered into an eleven point lead at half time 4-2 to 0-3. We continued to go for goals in the second half and but for the brilliance of the Rosegreen keeper our final score would have been greater.

The Paul Shields, Joey Nolan and Tom Hickey managed side fought back to lead by a goal at half time.
