Senior Hurling
Galtee/ Treacys overcame Kickhams to record our first championship victory at this level since we joined forces in the west. Pa Morrissey scored from play, frees and even a sideline cut and along with his team mates always had the measure of the team that hold the distinction of drawing with Clonoulty in an earlier round. The final score was fourteen points to ten and leaves the west senior championship wide open.
