Our first team played Holycross in a challenge at the cross on Monday evening last. Conditions were extremely poor on the evening and not suited for the game of hurling. However our lads took their opportunities well and managed a string of goals in quick succession with both John Butler’s (Kilcommon and Hollyford) getting a brace each in the second half. The game finished in victory for us and we carry on playing challenge games and training as we build up to our second round championship game. Best of Luck

The club wishes Michael Feehan the very best of luck on Sunday coming as he lines out for Tipperary in the primary game down in Gaelic grounds Limerick. Michael is a promising young prospect and we will surely be seeing him in the blue and gold of Tipp in years to come.

The club also wishes Tom Ryan and Sean Hickey the very best of luck in their Leaving Cert which they are sitting at present.
