All the team played with gusto and determination with outstanding game from Turbo and Ray Cunningham, and Daniel Steele in goals, Finbar Fitzpatrick also made an enormous contribution when he came on in the second half, but the entire team deserve our congratulations for the way they approached this game. Although both teams appeared evenly matched in the first half the town’s second half performance showed they have the steel and ability to win major competitions and we wish them well in both the Championship on Sunday and in the Ulster League final against Cappagh Gaels Tyrone on Friday 4th September.
