The senior ladies team bowed out of the New Ireland Assurance Dublin Senior Championship at the semi-final stage on Wednesday evening last in Broomfield, to a strong Ballyboden team.
The Syls girls had a fantastic campaign beating Clann na Gael, Na Fianna & Kilmacud Crokes in their previous games and can hold their heads high on their achievements in 2017 so far.
The girls top their league (Division 2) and still have three games to come later in the season, to potentially top off a great year. There is lots of talent coming through the teams in the ladies section at present, which will strengthen their challenge for top honours in the coming seasons.
The team & management would like to thank all in their club for the fantastic support in Broomfield on Wednesday evening and for hosting a lovely reception back in the club bar afterwards.
