SFL Div 2: Clonmore 1-11 Grange 1-9

Clonmore’s Intermediates continued their good start to the league campaign with a hard fought win against Grange played on Saturday evening at 5.30pm in Grange.

Gavin Byrne scored in the 2nd minute with a point from a free, which was quickly cancelled out with a point for Grange in the 4th minute. Further points all from play from John Mc Grath, Ronan Doyle, Shane Murphy, David Mulvaney and Con Murphy, leaving the halftime score at 0-6 to 0-4 in favour of the Clonmore lads.

The second half was dominated by Clonmore with Gavin Byrne 2 points, Eoin Coleman and William Rooney point each before a well taken goal by Jamie Walsh, with Enda Mc Grath finishing off the scoring for the Clonmore Lads.
