SFL Div 4: Clonmore 0-11 Palatine 1-6

Clonmore Juniors maintained their unbeaten record in Division 4 when they won their fourth game in a row against a strong Palatine team at Woodside last Wednesday evening.

Clonmore’s young team were on top throughout and led by 0-6 to 0-3 at half-time but a late Palatine goal caused a few scares. In a good team performance, youngsters Willie Byrne, Shane McGrath, Martin Doyle and Richard Bulmer played well along with the experienced Colin Doyle, Ivan Byrne and Jamie Doyle.

Next match is away to Myshall on Wednesday, 3 May.
