November 7, 2018

Hi all, January has been a busy month for the club in getting everything up and running for the coming year. Management teams have been put in place for both Senior, Junior and U21.

We are delighted to announce that Declan Ronaldson will will be undertaking his third term as manager of our Senior team. Declan will be assisted by Padraig Hennelly, Jimmy Duffy and David Walsh. Declan guided the team to the brink of success in 2005, losing the County Senior Final narrowly to Crosmolina. We wish Declan and his team the best of luck for the coming year. Padraig Mohan will stay on as the U21 manager. 2012 saw his U21 team go agonizingly close to winning a county title losing out in extra time to Kiltane. Peter Walsh will stay on as Junior Manager. The Senior and Junior Teams are starting back training on Friday the 1st of February and we hope it is the start of a successful and fruitful year.
The club would also like to extend its congratulations to Frank Mortimer who was elected to the Hall of Fame at this years AGM. The Bord Na nOg AGM also took place on Sunday last the 24th of January in Shrule hall. The Meeting was well attended and further details will follow next week. Club Membership for 2013 is now been collected by Declan Byron. Contact details can be obtained off any club officer. Lotto can now be bought online at ww.locallotto.ie and it is an excellent way for ex members or people living outside of the community or overseas to support their home club. We thank you for your continued support.

Thank you for your continued support,
